Covenants have been drafted and filed for the intention of protecting
the value of the property so that the beauty of the mountain and your
investment will be preserved and will continue to increase. Mobile
homes are an example of what is excluded so that the value of the
property is maintained both from an economic and an esthetic perspective. Where
covenants are needed for this purpose, or where the covenants do not
encourage promoting the properties maintenance, then future
changes to the covenants will be considered.
